A New Chapter

It has been an exciting time for me recently as I now have a new space for my creative endeavours.  A new studio is now nestled at the bottom of the garden, where I can continue working on new collections and projects.  In my new space, I plan to create new oil paintings based on the counties of Ulster and weave in the myths and legends they are famous for, bringing in a magic and vibrancy to the canvas.

I have also taken part in a course, "Introduction to Art Therapy", where I have met some wonderful people and enjoyed some enriching and valuable experiences.  It has enhanced my understanding of how therapeutic art and creativity can be, and hopefully this will come across in the paintings to come; the quiet power of art and creativity and the feelings that can be portrayed when you have an original piece of art made with love, thought and care.  

With the brighter weather and longer days, it has encouraged me to get started on my new collection, and I am looking forward to sharing my progress with you.
